All online orders may be collected from the Burnside Brewery shop free of delivery charge.
Standard Delivery usually takes 2- 4 working days, although we endeavour to deliver earlier than this where possible. Please see below for more information.
The despatch deadline is 11am daily, so when placing an order online, payment must be received, and an order acknowledgement received before 11am GMT, for this to be despatched same day.
It is always best to provide a daytime contact telephone number for the driver to use, should there be any problems finding your address. If you provide us with your mobile number at the checkout you will receive a text message on the day of delivery, giving you a 1 hour time delivery.
At the time of ordering, you can stipulate that if not in, leave with a neighbour with your approval.

If you don’t provide a number and you aren’t in, you’ll be left a card that will allow you to select from the above options.
Delivery Times
Orders must be received by 11am Monday-Friday to be processed the same day.
Any item ordered after 11am, at Bank Holidays or the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind with our delivery times. As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Burnside Brewery and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched (with a text message on the day of delivery if your parcel is shipped with UK Mail). Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of delivery immediately.
If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.
All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
In Scotland, we adopt a “Challenge 25” policy, which by definition means, if anyone who appears to be under the age of 25, may, at the discretion of the delivery driver, request to see government issued or approved forms of photo ID. Burnside Brewery only accepts the following forms of photo ID: UK or EU Drivers Licence or Passport.
